         Mr. V.G. Phadnis, Owner and Director of the Company is a Post Graduate in Environmental Engineering. He is winner of various prestigious awards in the field of Environmental and Non-conventional Energy Sources. A member of IAWPC, IWWA, since 1976 he has worked on many National and International Environmental Engineering Projects.

                A staff of professional, technical and support employees is available for current assignments. Most of the senior staff members have advanced degrees in Engineering, Environmental Sciences and Financial Analysis.
